What is Fillnex and how does it work?
Fillnex is a browser extension that automatically fills out web forms using your saved profile data. You create a profile with your personal info, then click Fill This Page on any signup form — Fillnex fills every field instantly.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Brave, Edge, and Opera. Safari is not currently supported.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You need to enter a credit card to start, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before day 7 and pay nothing.
How do I activate my license key?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a welcome email with your license key. Click the Fillnex icon → Activate → Settings → License → paste your key → Activate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Customer Portal. After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Fillnex isn’t filling a field on a specific site. What can I do?
Use Trainer Rules: right-click on the unrecognized field → Fillnex: Assign field type → choose the correct type. Fillnex will remember it for every future visit to this site.
Can Fillnex solve CAPTCHAs automatically?
Yes — Fillnex integrates with 2captcha.com to automatically solve reCAPTCHA v2/v3, hCaptcha, and Cloudflare Turnstile. You need a 2Captcha API key (costs ~$3 per 1000 solves).
Does Fillnex store my personal data?
Your profile data stays on your device — it never leaves your browser. The only data we receive is license key validation to verify activation.
I see “Activation limit reached”. What do I do?
Go to Settings → License → Deactivate on a device you no longer use, or visit your Customer Portal to reset all activations.
I lost my license key. How do I recover it?
Visit the Customer Portal and enter the email you used to purchase. Your license key will be displayed there.
