Managing directory submissions for multiple clients is one of the most operationally complex parts of running an SEO agency. This is how to systematize it so one person can handle 10 clients in a single day.

The Agency Submission Problem

Most agencies handle directory submissions one of two ways: they hire a VA and give them a manual process (slow, error-prone, hard to scale), or they use a citation service like BrightLocal or Whitespark (expensive at $2–5 per citation at scale).
