Installation

Choose the version matching your browser. Both Chrome and Firefox are supported.
Pin the extension to your toolbar
Click the puzzle icon in your browser toolbar → find Fillnex → click the pin icon. The Fillnex icon will appear in your toolbar.
Activate your license
Click the Fillnex icon → click Activate → → go to Settings → License → paste your license key from the welcome email → click Activate.

Create a Profile
~3 minA profile stores your personal information — name, email, address, etc. Fillnex uses it to fill forms automatically.
Open Settings
Click the Fillnex icon in your toolbar → click Settings → at the bottom, or use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+F to open the options page.
Go to Profiles tab
Click Profiles in the left sidebar. You'll see a default profile ready to edit.
Fill in your information
Enter your first name, last name, email, password, phone, address, and other fields. The more complete your profile, the better Fillnex fills forms.
Save your profile
Click Save Profile. You can create multiple profiles (e.g. Personal, Business) and switch between them.

Unknown fields are automatically filled using AI based on your profile context. Requires an OpenAI API key in AI Settings.

Fill a Form
~30 secNavigate to any signup or registration page. Fillnex will automatically detect form fields and fill them with your profile data.
Navigate to a form
Go to any website with a registration form (e.g. twitter.com/signup, github.com/join).
Click Fill This Page
Click the Fillnex icon → select your profile → click + Fill This Page. Fillnex will fill all detected fields instantly.

Review and submit
Check the filled values and submit the form manually. Fillnex fills — you decide when to submit.

Fillnex detects standard inputs, custom React/Vue components, dropdowns with role="combobox", date pickers, and consent checkboxes automatically.
Form Replay
Record once, replay foreverForm Replay records your exact interactions on a page — every click, fill, and navigation — and replays them automatically. Perfect for complex multi-step forms.
Start recording
Click the Fillnex icon → click Record. A red badge will appear at the bottom-right of the page indicating recording is active.
Complete the form
Fill out the form normally — click buttons, fill fields, navigate between pages. Every action is captured.
Stop and save
Click the red badge or click Stop in the popup. Give your replay a name and save it.
Replay it
Go to Settings → Replay → find your recording → click ▶ Replay. Fillnex will open the page and replay all steps automatically.
Verification code pause: If a form asks for a verification code (email/SMS), the replay will automatically pause and display a "Continue" button. Enter the code manually, then click Continue to resume.
Campaigns
Bulk automationCampaigns let you fill the same form on hundreds of sites automatically, one after another. Combine with Form Replay for complex flows.
Create a campaign
Go to Settings → Campaigns → click + New Campaign → give it a name.
Add sites
Paste URLs one per line, or import a CSV. You can optionally assign a Replay to each site for complex forms.
Run the campaign
Click ▶ Run. Fillnex opens each site in a new tab, fills the form (or runs the replay), then moves to the next site automatically.

2Captcha Integration
Automatic captcha solvingFillnex integrates with 2captcha.com to automatically solve reCAPTCHA v2/v3, hCaptcha, and Cloudflare Turnstile during form fills.
Get a 2Captcha API key
Sign up at 2captcha.com and add funds. Solving costs ~$3 per 1000 captchas.
Enter your API key
Go to Settings → Settings tab → paste your 2Captcha API key → click Save.
Fill forms with captchas
Fillnex will automatically detect captchas during form fill and solve them in the background. A "CAPTCHA DETECTED" badge will appear, followed by "✓ Solved".

Trainer Rules & Assign Field
Teach Fillnex custom fieldsSome sites use non-standard field names that Fillnex can't detect automatically. Trainer Rules let you teach Fillnex what to fill — permanently, for that site.
Right-click on any unrecognized field
On a form page, right-click on a field that Fillnex missed → select Fillnex: Assign field type from the context menu.
Choose the field type
A menu appears with all available field types (First Name, Email, Phone, etc.). Select the correct type for this field.
Fill the form again
Click Fill This Page again. Fillnex now knows what to put in that field — and will remember it every time you visit this site.
Trainer rules are saved per-domain. Go to Settings → Trainer Rules to view, edit, or delete all saved rules.
Use Ask AI for fields that don't match standard types (bio, custom questions, etc.). Fillnex will call your AI model to generate an appropriate value and save it to your profile automatically.
